We went to St. Georg this year for Easter with Jo and Darin - the weather was perfect and it was a really fun weekend. When we were in college we lived with Jo and Darin for a semester while B was doing an internship in Salt Lake. We were both so nervous about it - what if we hated each other? What if we really really annoyed each other and that was just too close for comfort? But we didn't and it was actually really fun and this little weekend reminded me how fun it is to have my sister close and to have someone (some female one) to talk to and to help make dinner and for B and Darin to have someone to golf with and for the kids to have friends they can play play play with. I think we should just find some big compound in the mountains somewhere and we can invite everyone else and all help take care of each others kids and go a little crazy from the need of privacy. The easter bunny left little feet prints all over this year - and i bet it took him a long time to hop all over like that and the kids didn't think it was too cool. It would be smart for him to be a little cleaner next year. My favorite parts of the weekend: Listening to "James and the Giant Peach" on cd on the way down. I laughed right out loud so many times. Going to Snow Canyon and climbing on the rocks. Watching Jo get all flustered that she couldn't get her kids to just sit and smile nice for a single family picture.... he he sorry jo.
